The Ford Center in Oklahoma City will play host to a preseason National Hockey League game later this year.

The Phoenix Coyotes announced Saturday that they will play the Los Angeles Kings on October third in Oklahoma City.

The Ford Center also will be the site of an NBA exhibition game in October featuring the Los Angeles Lakers.
