LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) _ LaNeishea Caufield had 20 points to lead No. 12 Oklahoma, which scored the game's first 12 points, to an 88-64 victory Wednesday night over Kansas.
Oklahoma (14-4, 5-1 Big 12) was never threatened after the game-opening run. The Sooners shot 65 percent from the field in the first half on the way to a 48-26 edge at the break.
Brooke Reves and Jaclyn Johnson scored 16 points each to lead Kansas (7-10, 1-5), which lost its third straight game.
The Sooners overcame 34 turnovers and held the Jayhawks to 35 percent shooting from the field and just 1-of-10 from 3-point range while making 6-of-7 3-point shots.
Caton Hill added 12 points for the Sooners, and Rosalind Ross had 10.
