Simmons: Don't win one for me

(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State football coach Bob Simmons says he doesn't want his last game as coach to be the focus for his team this week.

The Cowboys close out the regular season Saturday against top-ranked Oklahoma in Stillwater.

Simmons says his players need to try to win the game for themselves, and not for him.

He says a victory over the Sooners would be a great way for the players to make a statement about the O-S-U program.

Simmons has beaten Oklahoma three out of five times. His forced resignation was announced two weeks ago.
