A former Jay Public Schools bus driver will serve no jail time on charges of raping a student and fondling another while they were on the bus.

29 year old William Stroud pleaded no contest as part of a plea bargain.

Stroud will serve two, 15-year suspended sentences and must enroll in a sex offender program.
