ST. LOUIS (AP) Marcel Shipp ran for 3 touchdowns as the Arizona Cardinals ended a five-game losing streak 34-20 over the St. Louis Rams.

Edgerrin James rushed for 115 yards and Matt Leinart threw a TD pass in his second victory in seven pro starts.

The Rams were hurt by a season-high 126 yards in penalties and Marc Bulger's 3 interceptions.

Bulger, who threw for 314 yards and 2 scores, has 3 touchdown passes and 6 interceptions in the last four games.

Arizona goes to 3-9 while the Rams fall to 5-7.
