OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma City police say they arrested two people in a sting operation of an illegal tattoo parlor on the city's south side.
Phillip Lynn Calfy Junior of Midwest City and Tony Garcia of Del City were arrested on misdemeanor complaints of illegal tattoing. The maximum penalty is 90 days in jail and a 500-dollar fine.
Sergeant Charles Phillips say the department's vice unit received numerous complaints of illegal tattoing.
He says Calfy and Garcia made arrangements to tattoo a pair of undercover officers. Vice detectives then swept inside and arrested the two men.
