NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ The University of Oklahoma will present four honorary degrees during its commencement on May 13th.

Those being honored include U.S. Senator John McCain, who will be the commencement speaker.

Others are G.T. Blankenship, a former state legislator and attorney general; Peggy Helmerich, a Tulsa civic leader and philanthropist; and Walter Neustadt Junior, a former OU regent and long-time university supporter
