Authorities say a death at the Tulsa County jail was the result of an apparent suicide.

The company that runs the jail, Corrections Corporation of America, says 46 year old Felipe Gonzalez was found dead in his jail cell Monday afternoon.

The incident is under investigation by the Tulsa Police Department.
