Tulsa woman hopes a billboard will help solve her daughter's murder.

18-year-old Brittany Phillips was found raped and strangled in her apartment in September 2004.

No arrests have been made in the case, so her mother, Maggie Zingman hopes this billboard on I-244 near downtown will bring forth new leads.

Lamar Outdoor Advertising is donating the billboard. They'll move it to different locations across Tulsa every few months for about a year.
