New developments in the investigation of Tulsa's 13th murder.

Tulsa Police homicide detectives have arrested two teenage boys in connection with this weekend's fatal shooting Johnny Young Jr.[pictured] at Lacy Park.

Police arrested 16-year-old Chris Weeden and 15-year-old Jarvis Jones. They also want to question 18-year-old Marcus Hill, who police are calling a person of interest in the investigation.

Detectives say Weeden and Jones had ties to a street gang and saw members of a rival gang at the park and fired shots into the crowd.

Tulsa Police say the boy who was killed, Johnny Young Junior, was not the intended target.
