OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The unemployment rate in Oklahoma was essentially unchanged last month at about 4 percent.

Figures from the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission say unemployment was 4 percent last month, up from 3.93 percent in November. When seasonal factors were considered the unemployment rate was 4.12 percent, a slight decline from 4.14 percent in November.
