CALUMET, Okla. (AP) _ A 31 year-old Okarche woman is killed when her truck runs off the road and slams into a street sign and a tree.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Stacy Schweitzer was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened abou 11:30 last night just north of Calumet Road in Canadian County.

The patrol says Schweitzer's pickup truck ran off the road and into a ditch, striking a speed limit sign and a tree before coming to a stop.

The OHP reports Schweitzer was not wearing a seat belt.
