OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Mark Lewis is the new director of the Department of Human Services' child-care division.

A DHS employee since 1994, Lewis will lead the division that has a $183-million budget and 170 staff members.

He replaces former director Nancy vonBargen, who left DHS in September to take a position as executive director of Smart Start Oklahoma.
