OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An Okemah woman admits to embezzling from patients, insurance companies and health care providers while she worked as an account representative for OU Physicians.
Jennifer Jane Franks will pay more than $271,000 in restitution as part of her plea agreement with prosecutors in federal court in Oklahoma City.
Franks faces up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the embezzlement charge.
