Two missing children have been returned to their Oklahoma grandparents after they were reportedly taken by their father, authorities reported.
Jaxon Daniel Townsend, 8, and Josephine Joy Townsend, 7, were found in Daytona Beach, Florida, with their non-custodial father, their grandparents' attorney said.
U.S. Marshals arrested Gary Daniel Townsend on an outstanding Logan County warrant.

Joy and Dan Newton reunited with their grandchildren on Tuesday in Florida.
The Logan County sheriff confirmed the children were found and they are safe.
A Logan County judge granted emergency custody of the children to the Newtons on Jan. 13 after a finding was made that the children were in irreparable harm with their father.
According to authorities in January, police said the children were last seen on Dec. 20 when their father was supposed to have their maternal grandparents pick them up from school.
