Firefighters Investigate Cause Of Del City House Fire That Sent 1 To Hospital

Firefighters are investigating the cause of a house fire Monday morning in Del City that sent one woman to the hospital.

According to authorities, the fire broke out in an add on at the back of a home near Southeast 29th Street and South Bryant Avenue.

Three people were inside the home during the time of the fire.

Fire officials said the woman was taken to the hospital for minor smoke inhalation, but she is expect to be okay.

Firefighters said 6 or 7 cats are unaccounted for.
