Enid Man Arrested, Accused Of Harassing 911 Dispatchers While Sexually Touching Himself

Brian Donald Scott, 40, is facing 16 charges after police said he repeatedly dialed 911 while masturbating.

Investigators said Scott called dozens of times, and when officers found him at a local hotel, he had blocked the door with a mattress.

“He called probably 30 or 34 times. He called 911 quite a bit,” said Enid Police Sgt. Aaron Barber.

According to court documents, the suspect was completely naked when officers reached him.

Investigators said Scott told them he "needed help" after he "injected meth" into his system.

Dispatchers reported the suspect was heard on the phone touching himself and making noises and asking 911 operators to keep speaking to him.

Scott was previously convicted of this exact crime in February.

“It's to the point we don't even have to know his name. They just know his voice and his methods when he calls. This is the second time personally I have arrested him for this,” said Barber.

Scott will appear in court at 10:30 a.m. on October 5.
