Clinton Public Schools announced that students will return to in-class learning at the end of September.
In a letter sent to staff, students and parents, district superintendent Tyler Bridges said in-person instruction will restart on Tuesday, September 29.
"It is vital we get our students back into the five-day learning environment for their safety and security, social and emotional well-being, and to ensure they have the best possible learning experience to reach their individual academic goals," Bridges' statement said in part.
Bridges acknowledged that some parents may still be in favor of virtual learning. Parents are encouraged to fill out this form before Tuesday, September 22 if they wish to continue virtual learning for their children.
