A Tulsa man is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday.
Gregory Trombley was convicted of first-degree murder and the jury issued a sentence of life without the possibility of parole in August, and the judge is expected to hand down that sentence. Prosecutors say Trombley confessed to shooting and killing his ex-fiancée in July of 20-18 at her home near 87th and Yale.

That woman was 60-year old Debora Huerta. Trombley was waiting for police on the porch that day and investigators at the time said the couple had recently separated. Court records show Trombley will be formally sentenced during his hearing at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
