Impactful Teacher Of The Month: Destiny King

October's Impactful Teacher is Destiny King from Rejoice Christian School in Owasso.

Destiny is a sixth year educator.

She's taught at three different schools, and she is now a fifth grade teacher at Rejoice.

The former Kansas Softball player is now the first-ever coach of the newly-formed Rejoice softball team.

Destiny is a mother of four and says their family is surrounded by a great community.

Thanks to T-Mobile, for providing all of our Impactful Teachers with a $1,000 each to be used however they like.

Destiny told News On 6 she'll use some for her classroom and some for Christmas presents.
