Sen. Inhofe Wins Reelection

The Associated Press projected Tuesday night that Sen. Jim Inhofe has been re-elected to the U.S. Senate to serve for six more years.

Sen. Jim Inhofe was re-elected to the U.S. Senate to serve for six more years, defeating challenger Abby Broyles. 

Sen. Inhofe has told News On 6 and News 9 that this will be his last term to serve.

Inhofe has served in the Oklahoma congressional delegation since 1994 and is currently the chairman of the Armed Services Committee.

Inhofe was first elected in 1994 after the resignation of David Boren in the middle of the term and will now continue in the seat for six more years.
