London Streets Nearly Empty As New Lockdown Begins

WATCH: The typically bustling streets in London were near-empty Thursday morning (11/5) as the UK began its second national lockdown to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Prime Minister Boris Johnson says the restrictions are scheduled to expire on December 2.
