Tulsa SPCA Offers Program To Help New Pet Owners

The Tulsa SPCA is offering a program this weekend to help new pet owners!

If you adopt a pet before Tuesday, you'll receive free delivery of your pet and a free training session with a certified dog trainer who can help you and your new dog get acclimated.
