Collinsville Announces Plans For New Commercial Development Project

The City of Collinsville announced plans for a new shopping center near Highway 75 and Highway 20.

The development will be called “The Shoppes at Cooper Ranch.”

The city shared pictures of what it could look like when finished. Officials said there will be designated space for retail and restaurants. There’s no word yet on when construction will start.
