Tiki Room Dole Whip

1. 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced and frozen
2. 1 cup vanilla ice cream
3. 1 cup pineapple juice (chilled)

1. Place the fresh pineapple and pineapple juice in the blender and pulse till smooth.
2. Add in the vanilla and blend.
3. Eat immediately or put in a plastic airtight container and freeze.

**This makes great popsicles too!
