Dustin Dennis has been indicted on charges of using illegal drugs, as well as using phones to buy drugs, according to the U.S. Attorney's office of Northeastern Oklahoma.
The indictment said Dennis and his kids went over to his brother’s residence on June 12 so he could "do coke.” It also said that the next day, the same day the children died, Dennis did even more cocaine.
Prosecutors said Dennis’ two children climbed into his pickup truck and died in the heat. Ryan, 3, and Teagan, 4, died from complications of hyperthermia.
