Tulsa Man Arrested, Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Underage Girls

Tulsa police arrested a man accused of inappropriately touching two young girls that he knew.

Records show a 4-year-old told police that Stuart Alan Meyer II started abusing her last year.

Police say the victim's older sister told investigators that Meyer inappropriately touched her as well.

Meyer was booked into jail on two complaints of lewd molestation on Tuesday.
