Kristin said Kyle had a heart of gold, and his family was always number one to him.
She said Kyle cared about helping people, and that's why he went into law enforcement.
She said he wanted to make a difference and give people a positive experience with law enforcement.
Kyle was known for being a big time bow hunter, and taking his wife and kids hunting with him was his favorite thing to do.
Kristin said she is so proud of her husband and today is a day they get to celebrate his life.
"He was your best friend. Everyone that met him would say that. And he loved his kids more than anything in the world," Kristin shared.
There will also be a memorial archery shoot and BBQ at the Bartlesville Archery club Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to celebrate Kyle.
