Parts of Oklahoma can expect to see some severe storms Friday evening as a cold front pushes through.
Oklahoma City will see a storm chance between 3 and 6 p.m.
The cold front will push through late afternoon and create a gusty north wind and cooler temperatures.
Storms look possible southeast of Interstate 44 with the greatest threat near the Red River east of Ardmore to Idabel.
Frequent lightning, quarter size hail and winds up to 60 mph are possible in the News 9 viewing area.
A low tornado threat will be possible near the south Texas border.
