OKCPS Request Audit Of Santa Fe South Charter School

The Oklahoma City Public Schools Board of Education voted unanimously Monday to request a state audit of Santa Fe South Charter School.

State Auditor and Inspector Cindy Bryd has been requested to look into the charter school’s fiscal year 2018-19 and 2019-20.

In a statement from OKCPS, the district said the audit has been requested to “determine compliance with statutes, rules, policies and internal control procedures. In light of comments shared at the OSDE Board of Education meeting on Friday, April 9, the Board felt this was an important step to take as an authorizer of Santa Fe South.”
