Suspect Arrested In Connection With Man Shot, Killed While Riding Bike

Tulsa Police arrested a suspect in connection for last week’s deadly shooting at the Waterstone Apartments.

Officers arrested 27-year-old Devon Blevins Tuesday. Investigators believe Blevins shot 36-year-old Maurice Burgess while Burgess was riding his bike.

The FBI will take the case because Blevins is a tribal citizen.
