Norman Firefighters Knock Down Overnight Apartment Fire

Norman firefighters responded to a fire at the Riverbend Apartments Thursday morning near 12th Avenue Southeast and East Lindsey Street.

Fire officials said a small fire ignited in a stairwell but didn't damage any units.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
