City Of Tulsa Seeks Developers To Work On Abandoned Industrial Site

The City of Tulsa is looking for developers and small business partners to help re-develop an old industrial site in the Greenwood district.

Part of the Evans-Fintube site is already under construction as the new headquarters for USA BMX.

Now, city leaders are looking to build up the area with housing, shopping, and entertainment options.

"We're very excited about this area. There's a lot of growth happening, and we're very focused on creating opportunities for the community," said Wyatt Donnely-Landolt with the City of Tulsa.
