ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -
The Rogers County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man accused of animal cruelty.
The warrant for Robert Green was issued last week, after a dog was found severely malnourished and injured. The dog later died.

Deputies said it was one of the worst animal abuse cases they’ve ever seen.
Green was booking into jail Thursday.
