Some people who live in a South Tulsa apartment complex are frustrated after being told they have to be out by the end of the month.
This is the same complex that was set to have its water shut off by the city due to $100,000 in unpaid bills.

Sarah Byford said she came home Friday to this notice on her door from the Vista Shadow Mountain Apartments.
"What's going through my mind is, what am I going to do?" she said.
The notice said after an inspection, the property has been declared unfit to live in and she has to be out by July 1. Byford said other tenants received the notice as well, and they all are frustrated.
"Basically, give us less than 30 days to move out just seems a little abrupt," Byford said.
Byford said she's tried to contact the apartment about why this is happening but hasn't had any luck.
She said her main worry now is finding a new place to live in such a short notice.
"A lot of them request at least thirty days’ notice, so that right there already puts me into the first week of July," she said.
Byford said she's confused as to why she's been told the property can't be lived in when she's seen ads asking people to rent them out. She said overall, she wishes the complex would explain what's going on.
"Not even a heads up, nothing with us tenants, we are all caught completely off guard," she said.
News On 6 called the apartment complex for comment but did not hear back yet.
