Tulsa Police say a man died after an accidental shooting near Admiral and Garnett Monday night.

Witnesses told police that 22-year-old Zachary Shipley accidentally shot 22-year-old Christian Price in the head while Price played a video game. Shipley told police he removed the magazine from the gun thinking it wasn't loaded but forgot to take out the round.

He says he then pointed the gun at Price's head to try and "scare him."

Once he shot Price he tried to give him aid but Price died at the hospital. Police arrested Shipley for first-degree manslaughter.
