A man charged with murdering a Tulsa club owner is now in custody according to Tulsa Police.

Prosecutors charged Marquan Marshall in March for the death of Jath Burns. Investigators say Marshall shot and killed Burns as Burns tried to break up a fight between two women outside of his bar near 61st and Peoria back in February.
