OU Health, Integris Health, Mercy, and SSM Health will come together Tuesday morning to provide a joint update on COVID-19.
News 9 was told doctors will be talking specifically about vaccinations, staffing shortages and patients having to wait or be transferred to get help.
Currently, the seven-day rolling average for new cases in Oklahoma sits at more than 2,000 and with nearly 20,100 active cases statewide.
Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt tweeted 405 COVID patients are in the hospital.
He said on the worst day in January the metro topped 700 hospitalizations.
The four health systems will hold their news conference at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
