Oklahoma-Based Film 'The Outsiders' To Be Re-Released With 4K UHD Enhancments

'The Outsiders The Complete Novel' will receive a 4K restoration and re-release this September.

The remaster will include new music and deleted scenes that were cut from the original release. The new scenes are reconstructed from original camera negatives.

Warner Bros. announced that it will be theatrically released in the U.S. and Canada on September 26th and the original version of the movie, as well as the 4K UHD version, will be released on digital platforms on November 9th. "The Outsiders the Complete Edition" will also be added to HBO Max the following week.
