ODOC Investigating Prisoner Homicide At Lawton Correctional Facility

The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is investigating a homicide at the Lawton Correctional Facility.

According to the ODOC, staff at the facility discovered the Prisoner homicide in the early morning hours on Monday.

The ODOC says Prisoner Aaron Stone, confessed to killing cellmate Riley Walker. Correctional facility Staff secured Stone and were able to confirm Walker's death.

Oklahoma Department of Corrections Inspector General’s investigators are now working the case and say the homicide appears unrelated to last week's incidents.

Stone was serving time Rape, Sodomy, Robbery, kidnapping, and Cruelty to Animals out of Comanche County, according to the ODOC. Walker was serving time for first-degree Murder out of Pontotoc County.
