The Tulsa Police Department announced the arrest of a suspected serial rapist on Friday morning.
According to TPD, the Special Victims Unit arrested 19-year-old Brandon Bills and says they have evidence to connect him to at least three different assaults. Police say three women were attacked by a stranger in their apartments, two of them were sleeping at the time, another was attacked as she was walking in the door to her apartment. One was raped repeatedly the other two were assaulted but managed to fight the suspect off.
Police say Bills was arrested Friday morning and admitted to the crimes "citing information that only the suspect could know."
Police say the victims lived nearby Bills at two separate apartment complexes on 41st and 129th East Avenue but it has not been determined if he knew the victims or how he targeted them. Tulsa Police held a special conference on Friday to announce the arrest and asked anyone else to come forward with information.
