High Possibility For Severe Weather Remains For Central, Southwest Oklahoma On Sunday

A storm system that could bring large hail, damaging winds and a chance for tornadoes is expected to hit Oklahoma on Sunday. At this moment, News On 6 is forecasting the best chance for tornadoes to be in the late afternoon in SW Oklahoma.

A storm system that could bring large hail, damaging winds and a chance for tornadoes is expected to hit Oklahoma on Sunday.

At this moment, News On 6 is forecasting the best chance for tornadoes to be in the late afternoon in SW Oklahoma. The storms will continue to move east and intensify before reaching Tulsa late in the evening around 9:30 p.m.

Tulsans should expect to see all the severe weather, but with a slightly decreased likelihood for tornadoes. The storms are expected to exit the area by 2 a.m. early Monday morning.
