Local Developer Buys Frank Lloyd Wright House In Tulsa

Tulsa’s only building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright has a new owner.

Local real estate developer Stuart Price bought Westhope, near 41st and Lewis, from an Arkansas LLC for $2.5 million.

Wright designed the home in the late 1920s. It is one of three Wright-designed buildings in the state of Oklahoma.
