Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Looking For Details In Ottawa Co. Homicide

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is asking for information after Quapaw National Marshals found a woman dead in Commerce, Oklahoma.

Investigators say the victim, Toni Moran, was found on Monday but they don't have any details on how she died.
