A probation officer is asking for the sentence to be revoked for a former Creek County investigator who was convicted of indecent exposure and lewd molestation.

In 2009, Ed Willingham was sentenced to three years in prison and 12 years probation.

Records show he's been arrested twice since July, which violates probation.

Documents say in July, police responded to a Sapulpa church because Willingham's wife said he strangled her.

The officer's report said she had bruises around her neck.

A month later, officers arrested him again for being accused of violating a protective order.
