Tulsa police have arrested a 15-year-old girl who they say committed two armed robberies in two days.
The first robbery took place at a convenience store near 46th and North Lewis on Wednesday, December 8. Police say Honest Burns put two items on the counter before leaving and coming back with a gun and demanding money.
Police say only two days later, she went into the Wine and Spirits store near 46th and North Peoria. They say Burns fired a shot into the ground before pointing a gun at the employees and demanding money.
Officers say the employees were able to take Burns to the ground and get the gun away from her. The employees held Burns until officers arrived on scene.
