Oklahoma City Police Investigating SW OKC Homicide

A person died Tuesday night after being found on a southwest Oklahoma City roadway, police said.

Officers were called shortly after 11:30 p.m. to the area near SW 19th Street and Westwood Boulevard to check on a person who was in the roadway.

When officers arrived, they found a person with multiple gunshot wounds.

The person was taken to a local hospital where they died from their injuries, police said.

So far, no arrests have been made and the person who was killed has not been identified pending next-of-kin notifications.
