Silver Alert Canceled After Tulsa Man Found Safe

Tulsa police have canceled a Silver Alert issued for 68-year-old Carlos Monjaras after he was located.

Police say Monjaras was found at safe a downtown shelter.

A Silver Alert has been issued for 68-year-old Carlos Monjaras.

Tulsa police said he was last seen at the Home Depot on 901 S. Elgin at 11:30 a.m. Friday. He is five feet tall and weighs 160lbs with gray hair and brown eyes.

Monjaras was last seen wearing black shoes, blue jeans, a black zip-up hoodie and a black baseball cap with "Jesse James" written on the back.

Tulsa police say he is on foot and suffers from dementia.
