Oklahoma City fire crews responded to a grass fire Sunday afternoon.
The fire was located near the intersection of Southwest 15th Street and South Cimarron Road.
Officials said the area was a pasture with approximately four acres burned. The source of the fire was outside of the property owner's shed.
The property owner told News 9 that he was attempting to burn a piece of metal rebar out of a piece wood that he was working on inside of an old tire rim.
The owner said he left for a couple minutes into his shed. When he came out, the fire had started in the backyard. It resulted in a four acre-wide grass fire.
As of 12:30 p.m. Sunday, the fire is mostly out with only a few hot spots burning.
