We have surveillance video of a shootout between two men that happened at a Tulsa convenience store on Friday, March 11. Police say one person is in custody.

The video shows when two men started shooting at each other in the parking lot of Naifeh's convenience store on Mohawk Boulevard Friday.

A man walked out of the store, pulled out a gun and hid behind a car before shooting at the victim. The victim was shot in the leg and hip.

The victim falls to the ground, then shoots back. A third person hops into the drivers seat of the car and takes off, while the man on the ground shoots at the car.

Tulsa police told us Friday night that they were on scene talking to witnesses and going through the evidence.

"We have a gun laying on the ground, shell casings, video evidence, we have witnesses, all things like that we have to look into and gather for the case," said Capt. Jeremy Noland.

Police say Jhamarcus Richardson was identified as the shooter and he told police he knew the victim from other incidents.

Richardson is facing charges of shooting with intent to kill and gang related offense.
